Aerial Photography & Cinematography
Your property.
The angle that
sells it.
Professional drone services for real estate, commercial projects, and events. Based in California. Available nationwide.
The Problem
Bad aerial makes your listing invisible.
Shaky footage. Flat angles. Washed-out colors. The kind of aerial that makes buyers scroll past without a second look.
In a market where the first impression happens online, you don't get a second chance to capture attention. Your property deserves better than smartphone drone footage.

About
Flying since the Phantom 2.
I got my first drone in 2013 when most people didn't know what a quadcopter was. The Phantom 2 — no gimbal stabilization, no obstacle avoidance, no return-to-home. Just you, the sticks, and a lot of faith. Back then, it was pure fascination — the idea that you could see the world from 400 feet up without leaving the ground.
I crashed that first Phantom more times than I can count. Into trees. Into fences. Once into a pool. Every crash taught me something — how wind affects flight, how battery voltage drops in cold weather, how to read the sky before I even take off. There's no substitute for stick time, and I've logged thousands of hours of it.
Twelve years and several generations of aircraft later, I've flown over vineyards at sunrise, construction sites at deadline, luxury estates for seven-figure listings, and Friday night football games with stands full of parents who've never seen their kids from that angle. I've worked controlled airspace near major airports, navigated FAA authorizations, and delivered shots in weather windows that lasted fifteen minutes.
The technology has changed — 4K cameras, intelligent flight modes, sensors everywhere — but what matters hasn't. Knowing where to position. Knowing when the light is right. Knowing how to get the shot that makes people stop scrolling.
This isn't a side hustle. It's what I do. When you hire me, you get someone who's put in the hours, knows the regulations, and actually cares about getting the shot right.
